   Scientists think there are two types of obesity. They distinguish the obesity, which is developed in childhood and adulthood. The obesity may have genetic factors and external influences. Obesity is a kind of hazard for one’s health if a man’s weight is by 20% more than normal. Mortality among people with such degree of obesity is two times higher than among healthy people with average body weight. Of course, they take good products, which help keep fit.
   People often use various trendy diets, chemical drugs or surgery, when they want to lose weight. Some people have such disorders like bulimia (it is binge eating episodes with following purging the stomach by vomiting) and anorexia (it is voluntary starvation), because they use wrong diet.
   Successfully fighting with obesity requires constant attention to your physical form and rejection of harmful dietary products. First of all, one should consult a doctor before taking one diet or another. Try to find some good products to start losing weight in order to stay healthy after eating them. In any case, you must clearly imagine what you get from products that you eat every day.

  1. When you feel like eating, take something and keep in your hands. For example, it may be a pencil, or a pen, or a beautiful stone. Be sure to invent some other plan: knitting, embroidery or any other needlework.
  2. Food has a stimulating effect on you, you know. It helps you to cheer up, gather strength and stay healthy. If you reduce your food intake, you can get a healthy need for compensation of it: for example, you may go for a walk or do easy exercises, feeling a craving for food every time. Try to chew a gum or eat a carrot or any other good products. It will help avoid the risk of excess weight gain.
  3. Those who get pleasure from food, often find that abandon of some products leads to realization of some harmful habits. Such people replace their food into chewing gum, drinks or other activities. However, they do not feel healthy after that.
